Bringing the 2D into the 3D world.

The aim of this experiment was to see how information from a database can be extrapolated through different means of visualisation whilst looking at the feasibility of its ability to efficiently communicate information. With the hypothesis being, through different fabrication methods, visualization of data changes based on perception. With 3D models providing the most understandable form of visualization, with extruded poly-surfaces detailing the numerical total of a certain geographical location.
